We are searching for the perfect long term personal assistant for an actor in Laurel Canyon. The ideal candidate has worked for someone in entertainment previously and “gets it”. This actor is very private and values confidentiality and privacy so please be okay working from home or a coffee shop some days. When you’re in the residence you may manage a vendor or two but this is a true PA role that will handle all calendaring, emails, expenses, errands, shopping, booking and overseeing travel, booking car service and event planning as needed. When shooting, the actor is in Toronto for about 3 months of the year and travels elsewhere for film projects. This person must be okay traveling in the future for up to 2 months at a time. The current assistant will provide training before departure and has been there longterm.
When in LA the role is Monday-Friday from 10-5. When traveling and on set the hours will be longer and there will be overtime pay.
Pay, DOE, range is $100,000-$115,000/year + $750/month medical stipend. PTO is offered for 4 weeks per year and will include holidays.
