We are searching for a polished, experienced and professional EM for a UHNW client in Bel Air. The property is 22,000 square feet and fully staffed and the clients (2) are in residence roughly 6 months of the year. This role will oversee home systems, work closely with staff and make sure the residence is running like a 5 star hotel when the clients are there. There are currently 3 housekeepers, a chef, a laundress and a groundsman employed at the home and they are looking to transition from ad hoc estate management to someone long term and full time. When the clients are not in residence there will be special projects including art cataloguing, a guest house renovation and any other projects that may arise for a home of this stature. Please have experience as an estate manager and/or butler for a minimum of 10-12 years and be able to work in a very dynamic environment. When the clients are not in residence, hours expected are M-F from 8-3. When in residence, the hours will vary and 24/7 mentality is expected. Pay, DOE + generous benefits and 401K package.
