ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide administrative support for the President, Directors and Executive Administrator as needed
Conduct internet research on grant applicants
Update website content as needed
Manage social media accounts
Maintain annual budget
Track contributions/expenses to ensure alignment with budget
Maintain confidential correspondence and legal documents as needed
Assist with correspondence needs - transcribe, create, proofread, etc.
Prepare and organize documentation and items needed for support of any presentations, upcoming meetings, negotiations, etc.
Assist with other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 5 years executive office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic accounting skills
Ability to maintain company information in strictest confidence
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Ability to type 60 wpm with accuracy
Excellent proofreading skills
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluency in Mandarin/Taiwanese (major plus)
Proficiency with QuickBooks
Pay is hourly & DOE
