Seeking an experienced personal assistant for a lovely client in Venice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years experience as a Personal Assistant and House Manager. Please have excellent experience in home management, travel planning, and pet care. The dogs really are an important aspect of this role and there is a lot of care involved with them so please really love animals. This role will be based in the house, and will work closely with the two Principals to help manage calendars, liaise with office teams, and be the overall point person for the family. Experience working with multiple homes is preferred as the family is currently building a home in the Palisades and has another home in the desert.
Responsibilities of the role: family calendar management, travel arrangements, creating detailed itineraries, bill paying and expense management, management of main home and preparation of others before arrival, managing household staff, pack/unpacking for trips, helping oversee new home construction, liaising with vendors/contractors, pet care of dogs, and running miscellaneous errands as needed. Candidates must be tech savvy, polished, well versed in fashion and fine dining and professional.
Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm. Must be flexible outside of business hours to answer texts & calls.
Pay is open for the right candidate, there are no health benefits.
