This role requires discretion, creativity, and self sufficiency. We are looking for someone who
works independently and thinks critically, with a good sense of when problems need to be
escalated (and who to escalate to) and when to gather more information before proceeding. The
ideal candidate would be someone who loves to problem solve, enjoys becoming an expert on
all the nuances of their role (and in this case the house) and layers hospitality and warmth in
everything they do.
This role will be approximately 40-50 hours/week and will include occasional work on weekends and nights. However, this is not a 24/7 on call position.
Household Duties
● Bring in mail, sort and route to appropriate people- mainly COO for bill pay
● Receive and sort through packages
● Ensure housecleaning, gardeners, pool service complete their work
● Maintain relationship/communication with Principal’s corporate security team on
surveillance of house
● Be able to troubleshoot household issues and needs (wifi issues, maintenance, last
minute requests)
● Oversee maintenance of small appliances in the house and kitchen
● Track finances and provide weekly financial report to COO
● Manage house cleaner and gardener to oversee regular maintenance and problem
solve issues
● Oversee pool maintenance
● Know the smart house system for heating/cooling, music, and lighting well and
troubleshoot issues that arise
● Miscellaneous household tasks that may arise like changing light bulbs, cleaning,
preparing for entertaining, stocking fridges, and general household maintenance
● House tasks to take care of can include but are not limited to: ( Use financial discipline
and time management to assess when you are able to take care of i tems such as
changing a light bulb or when to ask housekeeping or hire someone from task rabbit to
complete misc items.)
○ Change exterior light bulbs
○ Sweep glass off street
○ Power wash all outdoor areas
Events and Hospitality
● Plan, host and serve for small events and dinner parties; including but not limited to
guest communication, dietary restrictions, working with Chef, setting the table, serving
wine, cleaning the table etc.
● For larger parties and events, working with the Hospitality Manager to oversee load-in
and load-out of rentals and vendors, assistance with party oversight, guest list, etc.
● Light concierge services for guests and Principal such as restaurant recommendations
and reservations, or sightseeing or activities
● Errands like picking up water, wine, or beverages for small parties, picking up meals or
catering, setting up and breaking down for meals
● Heating and serving meals from the Chef for the Principal
● Work with Chef & Hospitality Manager to keep house stocked with snacks, beverages,
wine, toiletries, and cleaning supplies
Personal Assistant & Miscellaneous Duties
● Run errands as needed, including but not limited to dry cleaning, car service, car
detailing, shopping
● Assist with Principal’s travel arrangements including but not limited to: flights, car
services or rentals, hotel accommodations, meal reservations, and logistics
● Calendar management for his personal and non corporate related scheduling such as
doctor, dental, haircut appointments, coordinating with other EAs for his availability for
board meetings, signing documents on his behalf. Communicate and send calendar
invite to his Driver for these appointments

Org Structure:
The House Manager/PA will report to the Hospitality Manager.
The Housecleaner (PTE), Gardener (Contract) and Driver (FTE) will report to the
HouseManager/PA and you will also manage any temp or other contractors that may be
needed.
Compensation:
$120- $130k DOE plus medical, dental, vision benefits.
