High End Estate Manager Needed for Bel Air Residence
Looking for a top notch EM/HM for a large home in Bel Air. The family wants their home run like a 5 star hotel and expects the best at all times. Please be polished, detail oriented, know how to interview, hire and manage staff. It’s VERY important that this person is hands on when it comes to the home and to the staff. This family expects to train someone and then have them fully take over/take charge of their home and other staff members.
This client splits their time between several homes internationally. When they are here in town (4-5 months out of the year) you are expected to be available 24/7 Monday-Saturday. When they are out of town (7-8 months per year) the hours are M-F, 9-4 or 9-5. Please note that when they are in town the role is VERY demanding. When they are out of town, it is not.
Looking to hire ASAP. This will be a multi-round interview process with the chief of staff and the clients. A full background and reference check will be done by the client.
Salary is open, DOE, 150k range plus full benefits. To apply, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a true HM/EM & please have longevity in your roles.
