A professional, high profile family in West LA is looking for a kind, energetic, experienced personal assistant for their home & office. This role will be 2-3 days in person and 2-3 days remote. There is a large scale home in the Westwood area where you will work from as well as a West LA office. Please have a minimum of 5 years experience as a true PA. This is a busy family that does a large amount of art collecting so if you have experience with vendors who handle art and art cataloguing that is a huge plus! The perfect person can be available 30-40 hours per week with a guarantee of 40 hours provided on payroll. This is a salaried role and will require occasional after hours work for events. Please be able to work autonomously as this is not a “fully staffed” home. There is a nanny and a housekeeper and they are managed by the clients so this role does not oversee other staff members and is not a house management position but rather a true Personal Assistant. Their last hire was with them for over 7 years and they are hopeful to find their next longterm match. A really kind, proactive and fast paced family and environment. The salary provided will be based on experience and has a broad range capping around the $100,000/year mark. There are benefits after 90 days offered as a stipend of up to $680/month based upon proof of premium being presented. After one year the benefit stipend will increase if you’d like to add on a spouse/partner or another dependent.
