Looking for a hardworking, dedicated, responsible and detail oriented personal assistant for an A level musician in BH. This is a fully staffed home and the staff has longevity. There are two housekeepers along with a live-in housekeeper as well as an estate manager already in place. This role works very closely with the state manager to ensure all needs are met for the home and the clients.
Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Setting up new tech--computers, phones, etc. (MUST BE TECH SAVVY)
Troubleshooting home systems alongside the EM
Driving the clients to appointments as needed
Setting appointments both personal and professional for the clients
Dog care and tag teaming for dog care with the housekeepers
Care of 5 high end vehicles--scheduling regular maintenance
All calendars for both clients and synching a staff calendar
Gift buying & wrapping
Personal shopping
Coordinating directions
Travel coordination with a travel agent for both domestic and international travel
Working with a tour director when the client is touring
Occasional travel (but rare)
Grocery shopping
Errand running
Planning and preparing for large home events (to include rentals, setup, a chef, etc.)
Occasional Dog sitting as needed when the housekeepers may be on vacation
The family is looking for someone with a take charge attitude who is also a team player. This family is loyal and their staff is with them long term. Please be kind, patient and willing to help wherever is needed.
Typical hours are M-F from 9:30am-7pm but there is a need for flexibility to stay later or come in earlier and work a lot of weekends. This is more of a 24/7 type of role for sure. Pay is OPEN, DOE and a benefit stipend will be offered after 90 days.
