We are looking for an experienced, Mandarin & English speaking Driver & Personal Assistant for a lovely, international client.
This role is open to ALL US candidates who can legally work in the US without requiring sponsorship. A relocation fee will be provided.
A busy couple is seeking a full-time live-out Mandarin speaking driver/personal assistant. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with the expectation of a 40 hour work week though some weeks will be slightly more or slightly fewer hours.
Expectations are as follows:
Provide flexible, reliable assistance with day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Plan and coordinate business trips, vacations, and leisure travel itineraries.
Arrange medical appointments, bank visits, and interactions with government offices
Handle personal errands and assist with various administrative matters in the US
Book flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Fluent in both English and Mandarin. This person doesn't need to be able to speak fluent Mandarin but must understand it as the client doesn't speak English
The ideal fit is a Chinese individual with long-term US experience and familiarity with US systems, culture, and lifestyle
Must be Passport ready and open to traveling though travel will occur very occasionally (about once a year)
Valid and clean driver's license
Comfortable driving the principals
Maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Ability to teach English to the principal
Bachelor's degree is preferred
Pay, DOE, $110,000-$165,000/year + full benefits, PTO & relocation package if needed.
