We are looking for a skilled, professional, experienced houseman/handyman for a great client in Seattle. The perfect person will be able to handle all traditional houseman/handyman work around a large scale residence and dock. The candidate will be in charge of the vehicles as well as a boat. Typcial duties would include handlying all exterior cleaning and maintenance of the home as well as traditional repair work such as minor plumbing, facitlites and electrical. For anything major, a trades professional would be brought in. Looking for someone very handy and professional who's worked in facilities and private residences previously. Local to Seattle is highly preferred or willing to relocate at your own expense with a local Seattle network already established. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 30-40 hours per week.
