Primary Executive/Personal Assistant for Dynamic CEO
Stamford, CT (On-Site, Full-Time)
Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM(with flexibility for evenings as needed)
Saturday: Alternate weekends, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Will work closely with Driver/PA and will always have 2 days off (according to the schedule)
Competitive base salary 200K-275K (DOE) + annual bonus
5 days a week around 50 hours a week

Vacation: Two weeks to start, increasing with tenure
Relocation and TRIAL
A relocation package is available for the right candidate, if needed
The position will begin with a short trial period, during which temporary housing (Airbnb) will be provided nearby to ensure mutual fit. Upon successful completion, a formal offer and relocation support will follow.
We are seeking a loyal, experienced, polished, and proactive Personal Assistant to support a very busy and dynamic high-profile businessman and entrepreneur with ventures spanning private equity, production, entertainment, sports, and media. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working autonomously and collaborating closely with internal teams. This is a senior-level, in-person role that requires impeccable judgment, discretion, and the ability to fluidly balance business and personal responsibilities. The principal has relied on the same trusted assistant for nearly a decade and is now seeking a long-term right hand who can provide the same stability, loyalty, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a dynamic, ever-shifting schedule with precision; liaise with the office administrative team on to best prioritize pricipals time effiecently balancing business meetings and personal schedule and appointment.
Circulate daily schedules, agendas, and materials for personal and business appointments
Coordinate personal vacations and corporate travel including: private air travel, luxury hotel accommodations, and seamless door-to-door itineraries for both domestic and international trips. Work across multiple time zones and ensure seemless management of logistics. Ensure there is always a contingency plan as schedules consistently change.
Reconcile costs associated with household expenses, travel/transportation, gifts, clothing, entertainment
Schedule and manage all medical, wellness, and fitness appointments, including coordination with physicians, wellness professionals, and trainers.
Oversee extensive wardrobe and closet management and organization; coordinate packing/unpacking for travel.
Prepare, print, and organize documents created by the office; attend select appointments and meetings with principal to take notes and track follow-ups.
Organize and execute private dinners, social gatherings, and special events, sometimes requiring coordination of private flights or helicopter transport.
Understand the nuances of the entertainment and celebrity world: seamlessly navigate back-door entries, manage glam moments, and support set-like environments when the office needs to “tilt” into production mode.
Run errands, manage gift purchasing and distribution for friends/family
Handle select tasks on behalf of the principal and his family as needed.
Manage extended team including household staff, security, driving assistant and vendors.
Manage VIP contact database imputing and tracking contact information; updating addresses, email, phone to ensure contact list is accurate
Manage principals technology needs including the purchasing and content management of – iPad; phone; computer.
Act as a trusted liaison between the principal, internal teams, and external stakeholders with clarity, warmth, and discretion.
Qualifications
Minimum 7–10 years of experience as an PA to a high-profile individual (celebrity and/or UHNW)
Proven loyalty and commitment; able to thrive in a long-term partnership.
Deep understanding of the entertainment industry and experience supporting higher-level celebrity or public-facing figures.
This role requires travel
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and pivot quickly as schedules evolve.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to represent the principal with professionalism and care.
Experience coordinating complex travel, events, and household/personal management.
Polished, discreet, adaptable, and collaborative, with a true service-first mindset and no ego.
MUST be OK with extensive background check and excellent driving record
