Full Time Executive Housekeeper/House Manager needed on Whidbey Island (Seattle area) (FILLED)

We are seeking a high energy, top-notch Housekeeper who can also provide light House Manager and Nanny duties to work full time for the upkeep of a private residence. The ideal candidate will have availability to work weekends and holidays and has experience in gracefully handling the many tasks which ensure the smooth operations of a busy household.


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Housekeeping

  • Replace bedding, clean rooms, halls and bathrooms

  • Vacuum, sweep, mop

  • Replace toiletries and make beds

  • Stock refrigerator and household supplies

  • Kitchen cleanup

  • Dining room cleaning


House Manager/Nanny

  • Manage household calendar and coordinate vendor appointments

  • Coordinate travel and assist with household event planning

  • Create Personal and Household Manual

  • Occasional grocery shopping and other errands

  • Light cooking

  • Intermittent nanny duties for 2 children (ages 3 & 5)

QUALIFICATIONS

General Requirements:

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience working full time at a private residence

  • Professional and positive demeanour and ability to interact positively with family and guests

  • You should be able to lift 25 pounds and have an eye for cleanliness

  • Ability to manage your time efficiently

  • Work well unsupervised

  • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning

  • Must be good with dogs

  • High School diploma, preferred
