A warm, kind and grounded family in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking for a career family assistant to join their home. Working alongside a hands-on mother you will be helping with everything from childcare to paying bills. Every day will look a little different but you can expect to do the following tasks for the family:
Tidying of the kitchen and children's areas
Household cleaning to include the kitchen, vacuuming, dusting and mopping
Receiving and returning packages as well as receiving and sorting mail
Maintaining the household supplies and restocking as needed
Running errands including dry cleaning, pharmacy, grocery shopping and gassing vehicles
Purchasing gifts for special occasions, birthdays and holidays
Vehicle maintenance to include taking the vehicles for oil changes, car washes, making sure they are gassed up and renewing the yearly registration
Event planning for events at the home and special occasions
Nanny duties working alongside mom and also autonomously as needed (children are 4 years old, 18 months old and then a new baby on the way!)
Our perfect fit for this role is a candidate with a few years of experience as a true private nanny and/or family assistant with a no task too big or too small attitude. Looking for a team player who is kind, resourceful and truly enjoys what they do.
General hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:30am-3:30pm with the need for occasional flexibility and some later hours or weekend hours when event assistance is needed. Please be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to receive training upon hire. Salary and benefits depend on experience.
